Job summary

King Kamehameha Golf Club in Wailuku, HI is seeking a seasonal, part-time PM Cook for roughly six months. This role supports a fast-paced kitchen and contributes to a top-tier hospitality property managed by Troon.

Compensation is $23.00–$24.00 per hour, with weekend availability required. This position offers learning opportunities and growth within a globally recognized golf and hospitality organization.

Qualifications

• Must have experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize and properly stock all dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware
• Maintain cleanliness of entire kitchen including dry storage and walk-in cooler, sweeping and mopping
• Empty the kitchen trash receptacles and properly dispose of garbage
• Perform daily cleaning to include dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods and exhaust system
• Store all dishes and other wares in proper areas
• Incorporate safe work practices in job performance
• Must be able to work weekends
• Perform other duties as required

We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.This is a seasonal position with an expected duration of six months or less.

Compensation: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour BOE

Key Responsibilities:
