Job summary

Esplanade Golf and Country Club, located in Naples, FL, is seeking a part-time Dishwasher to support members and guests while growing knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and hospitality.

Compensation is $15.00 per hour. The role focuses on maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and safe operation of the dishwashing area in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glassware, tableware and place in racks for the dish machine
• Sort and stack clean dishes
• Wash pots, pans and trays by hand
• Remove trash and garbage to dumpster
• Set up or break down dishwashing area
• Clean and roll/unroll mats
• Fill/empty soak tubs with cleaning/sanitizing solutions
• Sweep and mop floors; clean exterior areas as directed
• Conduct general restaurant and restroom cleaning as directed
• Wipe spills to keep kitchen floors dry
• Fully comply with health regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager

Description

We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. Compensation:

$15.00 per hour

Summary:

The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for china, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc., using machine and manual cleaning methods. This position also ensures the dishwashing area is maintained as a clean, safe, and sanitary facility.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements

Position Responsibilities
