Job summary

The Highland Dallas is seeking a Line Cook to join its luxury boutique hotel kitchen in Dallas. You will prepare and cook diverse dishes with precision, support menu development with the culinary team, and uphold high standards of quality and sanitation in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have line cook experience, strong knowledge of culinary techniques, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from senior chefs.
