Job Requirements
Depending on the role, 1 to 5 years of prior cooking experience in a hotel kitchen or related field is preferred, with banquet, fine dining, and line experience required for certain roles. Culinary training in a college setting is preferred. Physical requirements include the ability to use various kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, perform medium work exerting up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently, stand for long periods, bend, stretch, and work under variable temperatures and noise levels. Near vision is necessary to see details at close range. Must be able to move quickly in emergencies, work long hours, multitask, and possess good communication skills in English.
