Job summary

Provincial Senior Living is seeking a Cook to join our team. You will prepare hot and cold menu items, working on the grill, sauté station, salad-bar and service line in a senior living setting.

Ensure proper preparation, portioning and serving per menu cycles and standardized recipes, and taste to determine quality and palatability. We value experience in senior living or related food-service environments, focus on accuracy and presentation, and require weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Senior Living, restaurants, catering, or banquets preferred.
• Experience with production methods, portion control and food handling safety required.
• Great organizational skills a must.
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail and presentation of food product is required.
• Must be able to work weekends.
