Job summary

Margate Health and Rehabilitation in Jefferson, North Carolina, is seeking CNAs on the PM shift to join our caring team. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time positions, and applicants must hold current North Carolina nursing aide certification.

Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, CNAs provide ADL support, meals assistance, and person-centered care while documenting care and vital signs. We value a supportive work environment and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must have current nursing aide certification in North Carolina.
• Certified Nursing Assistant certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Serve meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Provide person-centered care per care plan.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Perform patient care under RN/LPN guidance.
• Communicate patient needs and respond to requests.
• Assist in transferring residents safely.
• Document care per shift and maintain resident dignity.
