Job summary

Linwood Meadows Care Center in Visalia, CA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the Full-Time PM Shift. The role provides routine daily nursing care according to each resident's plan, with a salary range of $17.50 – $19.00 per hour (BOE).

Qualifications

• Active California CNA certification required.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and dining.
• Measure and record vital signs (TPRs), weights, and intake/output as instructed.
• Respond promptly to call lights and ensure residents are checked frequently.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition, skin integrity, or behavior to the Charge Nurse.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as directed.
• Provide restorative and rehabilitative care under nursing supervision.
• Maintain resident rooms, equipment, and personal belongings in a clean and orderly manner.
