Job summary

Linwood Meadows Care Center in Visalia, CA is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant for the Full-Time PM shift. The role focuses on compassionate, patient-centered care in a transitional setting between hospital and home, with a supportive team environment.

You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, document observations, and report changes to the Charge Nurse, while upholding infection control and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Active California CNA certification required.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and dining.
• Measure and record vital signs as instructed.
• Respond promptly to call lights and check on residents unable to call for help.
• Observe and report changes in condition, skin integrity, or behavior to the Charge Nurse.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as directed.
• Provide restorative and rehabilitative care under nursing supervision.
• Maintain resident rooms and equipment in clean, orderly condition.
• Follow infection control, safety, and confidentiality policies at all times.
