Job summary

Linwood Meadows Care Center in Visalia, CA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for the PM shift. You will provide routine daily nursing care to residents in a transitional setting between hospital and home, assisting with ADLs and monitoring health status.

The successful candidate will hold a California CNA license, have excellent English communication, and work well in a team to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active California CNA certification is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and dining.
• Measure and record vital signs and intake/output as instructed.
• Respond promptly to call lights and monitor residents for changes.
• Observe and report changes to the Charge Nurse.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as directed.
