Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is seeking a Bike Delivery Driver for our Lincoln Park store at 2260 N Lincoln Ave, Chicago IL 60614. You will deliver cookies, milk and ice cream to fans, check orders for quality, and provide friendly customer service in person or by phone.

Must have your own non-motorized bicycle, a smartphone with data, be 18+, and legally eligible to work in the United States. This part-time role offers a guaranteed pay rate of $17/hour, Pay on Demand, flexible schedules, paid time off, and

Qualifications

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of the 2-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus.
• Must have your own non-motorized bicycle in working order (electronic bikes are not permitted).
• Must have a smartphone with data plan; legally eligible to work in the United States; must be 18 or older to be employed.

Responsibilities

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
• Deliver cookies, milk and ice cream to fans in a timely and safe fashion.
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers.
• Use Insomnia’s delivery app to approved company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers.
