Job summary

Lane Bryant is seeking an Associate to create a hospitable store environment and engage customers to drive sales. You will contribute to achieving Company goals by providing exceptional service and fashion guidance in a plus-size brand setting.

The role requires strong communication, a welcoming presence, and the ability to showcase current products and trends while representing the Lane Bryant experience across the store.

Qualifications

• Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient and confident utilizing mobile technology (e.g. Registers and iPad) to engage with customers.

• Identifies customer needs & wants with curiosity and confidence through intentional conversation.
• Uses company resources to reinforce the brand experience and facilitate/build strong, enduring relationships.
