Job summary

Lane Bryant is seeking an Associate to create a hospitable store environment and engage customers to meet company goals. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, fashion knowledge, and omni-channel experience. You will help customers choose outfits, maintain store standards, and operate mobile tech on the floor.

Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; strong communication and teamwork required; prior sales or hospitality experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient and confident utilizing mobile technology (e.g. Registers and iPad) to engage with customers.
• Physical ability to move store fixtures and merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to retrieve merchandise from high shelves or ladders occasionally.
