Lane Bryant is seeking a Store Associate to create a hospitable store environment through engaging customers and delivering the brand experience. You will help customers with current products, fits, and fashion trends while representing Lane Bryant with confidence and expertise.

The role requires strong sales or hospitality experience, a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and comfort with mobile point-of-sale tech.

Qualifications

• Strong sales or hospitality experience with ability to meet/exceed standards.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Proficient using mobile tech (registers, iPad) to engage customers.
• Ability to move fixtures/merchandise up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Occasional ladder work up to 12 feet for merchandise or lighting tasks.
