Job summary

Lane Bryant in Buford, GA is seeking a Store Associate to create a hospitable environment and engage customers to help meet store goals.

You will assist customers with outfits, share fashion trends, and maintain brand standards while using mobile devices on the sales floor. Flexible scheduling includes nights, weekends, and holidays. Opportunities for growth across our brands in a diverse, inclusive team.

Qualifications

• Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient and confident utilizing mobile technology (e.g. Registers and iPad) to engage with customers.
• Adjust or move store fixtures and merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds; may require heavier loads with assistance.
• Retrieve merchandise from above shoulder level and occasional ladder work up to 12 feet.
