Job summary

KnitWell Group's Lane Bryant brand is hiring a store associate in Hoffman Estates, IL. You will create a welcoming store environment, engage with customers, and promote the latest fashion and fit options in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role requires strong sales or hospitality experience, a flexible schedule including nights/weekends/holidays, and comfort using mobile tech to assist customers. Physical tasks include lifting and moving merchandise and occasional ladder work.

Qualifications

• Strong sales or hospitality experience with proven performance.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient using mobile tech (Registers/iPad) to engage customers.
• Able to lift/move merchandise up to 25 lb regularly; up to 50 lb occasionally; climb a 12 ft ladder when needed.

Responsibilities

• Sales and Service: identify customer needs through conversation and use company resources to reinforce the brand experience and build relationships.
• Shares and represents current products, fit and fashion trends to wardrobe, inspire and build trust.
• Operations: support areas of operational energy as needed and plan/prioritize tasks to meet customer and business needs.
• Protect company assets and maintain a safe work environment and follow all policies and employment laws.
