Job summary

Lane Bryant in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a part-time Associate to create a hospitable store environment through customer engagement and fashion knowledge. You will help customers with wardrobe choices, demonstrate product trends, and support daily store operations.

Strong sales or hospitality experience is preferred, and the role requires a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency with mobile devices is a plus to engage customers and complete transactions.

Qualifications

• Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient and confident utilizing mobile technology to engage with customers.
• Adjust or move store fixtures including but not limited to garment racks, mannequins, shipment boxes or merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds in all directions on a frequent basis; may need to adjust or move objects or merchandise weighing as much as 50 pounds in all directions on occasion and with assistance as available.
