Job summary

Lane Bryant in Grove City, PA is hiring a part-time Associate to create a warm store environment, engage customers, and contribute to achieving store goals. You will help customers select fashion-forward, inclusive apparel and demonstrate product knowledge while supporting day-to-day store operations.

The role requires flexible scheduling, strong communication, and the ability to lift merchandise. Opportunities for advancement and employee discounts are available.

Qualifications

• Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient utilizing mobile technology (e.g. Registers and iPad) to engage with customers.
• Able to lift or move merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds frequently; up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Able to reach overhead and use a ladder for occasional tasks up to 12 feet.
