Job summary

Lane Bryant is seeking a part-time Associate to create a hospitable store environment and engage customers with fashion expertise in Mechanicsburg, PA. You will help identify customer needs, showcase products and trends, and build lasting relationships while supporting store operations.

The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, plus comfortable use of mobile devices to assist customers.

Qualifications

• Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient and confident utilizing mobile technology (e.g. Registers and iPad) to engage with customers.
• Ability to adjust or move store fixtures and merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds regularly; up to 50 pounds with assistance.
