Qualifications

• Retail or hospitality experience preferred with ability to meet performance standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient using mobile technology (e.g. iPad) to engage with customers.
• Lift and move items up to 25 pounds; may require 50 pounds with assistance and occasional ladder use.
• Follow company policies and local, state, and federal laws.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and build relationships through conversation and product knowledge.
• Share and represent current products, fit and fashion trends to wardrobe customers.
• Operate registers and handheld devices; process transactions and maintain accuracy.
• Maintain store presentation; assist with fixtures, shipments, and general store upkeep.
