Job summary

KnitWell Group's Lane Bryant brand is seeking an Associate to create a hospitable store environment and engage customers to help achieve company goals. You will represent the brand with product knowledge and fashion trends, driving a welcoming in-store experience.

The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, and comfort using mobile devices (Registers/iPad) during interactions. Physical tasks include stocking fixtures and lifting merchandise as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient and confident utilizing mobile technology (e.g. Registers and iPad) to engage with customers.
• Able to move store fixtures and merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds; sometimes up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Retrieve merchandise displayed or stored above shoulder level and may require climbing a ladder.
