Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Lane Bryant Associate in Concord, NC to create a hospitable store environment and engage customers to support store goals.

You will share product knowledge, demonstrate fit and fashion trends, and help customers find outfits while maintaining a welcoming, fast-paced shopping experience. This role may require nights, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient and confident utilizing mobile technology (e.g. Registers and iPad) to engage with customers.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 25 pounds; may require assistance for heavier items; occasional ladder use may be needed.
