Job summary

Lane Bryant is seeking a Store Associate in Lexington, KY to create a hospitable store environment and engage customers to support store goals. You will welcome customers, explain products, and help them find items that fit their needs while representing the Lane Bryant brand.

You will work with mobile devices and POS systems to assist customers, learn current fashion trends, and participate in store operations.

Qualifications

• Strong sales or hospitality experience with ability to meet performance standards.
• Proficient with mobile technology (e.g. registers and iPad) to engage with customers.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
