Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as Plumbing Technician/Plumber.
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair plumbing issues in residential and/or commercial settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when working with customers, coworkers, and management.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems.
• Repair and replace faucets, toilets, sinks, flush valves, water heaters, disposals, backflow devices, valves, water meters, and related equipment.
• Install plumbing fixtures, water heaters, and other plumbing equipment.
• Diagnose and clear sewer and drain issues; inspect service lines with camera and diagnostic equipment.
• Respond to emergency plumbing calls and complete repairs safely and efficiently.
• Clearly communicate findings, repair options, and recommendations to customers; document service and collect payment.
