About Us Daniels Plumbing Service

Here at Daniel's Plumbing Service, our customer's satisfaction is our number one priority. All of our technicians have been approved by Sarasota County School District for working on school property and have passed the level two background screening. They also go through extensive and continual training to make sure they are up to date on the latest technologies and techniques. Dan started Daniel's Plumbing Service in 1992, with a goal to provide professional service to the community. Over the past 20 plus years, with his “Can Do attitude” born from his former service in the United States Sea Bee's, he has continuously accomplished that.

We are seeking experienced skilled service plumbing technicians to join our team. As a service technician, you will be responsible for installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems. This will include drain and water line repairs and replacement, fixture repairs and replacement, remodeling of plumbing systems in homes, condos, and restaurants, drain cleaning, and other aspects of service plumbing.

We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated with a good work ethic, looking to be leaders in the industry, who are team players and want to advance their knowledge with new technologies.

Responsibilities:

1. Install and repair various plumbing systems, including water supply and drainage systems.
2. Identify and diagnose plumbing problems and develop effective solutions.
3. Work with various plumbing tools and equipment, including pipes, fittings, valves, and fixtures.
4. Read and interpret blueprints and building codes to determine the layout and installation of plumbing systems.
5. Adhere to company protocol, safety standards, and building codes when installing and repairing plumbing systems.
6. Maintain accurate records of all plumbing installations and repairs.
7. Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
8. Attend training and development sessions to stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Live in the Sarasota area; this position requires you to come to the office and be in the on-call rotation to efficiently service our customers.
3. Valid Florida Driver's License.
4. Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential and commercial plumbing.
5. Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
8. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
9. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
10. Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces.
11. You need to have your own hand tools.
12. Be able to work overtime and be in the on-call rotation (ON CALL IS PAID @ TRIPLE TIME).
