Job summary

HELP in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Plumbing Installer to join our residential plumbing team. You will install plumbing systems, read blueprints, follow codes, and work with senior plumbers to deliver high-quality workmanship in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installing plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in residential settings.
  • Follow instructions from senior plumbers to ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Learn to read blueprints and understand plumbing codes for on-time and accurate installations.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure projects are completed efficiently.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to follow instructions.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Current and valid driver’s license in the state where you will be working.

Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust. Reasonable accommodations may be made to perform essential functions.
