Job summary

This role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing systems across commercial settings, with emphasis on safety and code compliance. The candidate will work independently, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate with sales and service teams to deliver top-notch service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial service plumbing.
• Able to work independently and think outside the box for long-term solutions.
• Knowledge of plumbing industry regulations and code requirements.
• Proficient with hand and power plumbing tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Pro-active, organized & detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide solutions to all commercial plumbing and drain issues.
• Install, repair, and maintain pipes including joints, valves, drains and pumps.
• Install new plumbing fixtures (sinks, toilets, urinals, faucets, water heaters, sump pumps).
• Respond to and troubleshoot problems and provide cost estimates.
• Review blueprints and building codes to determine procedures.
• Perform preventive maintenance as required.
• Support customer service with vendor/customer escalations.
• Collaborate with service teams and suppliers for materials and pricing.
• Educate and train the sales and service team to enhance plumbing knowledge.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide solutions to all commercial plumbing and drain issues
• Installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes including joints, valves, drains and pumps
• Installing of new plumbing fixtures, including sinks, toilets, urinals, faucets, water heaters, sump pumps, etc.
• Respond and troubleshoot problems and provide cost estimates
• Review blueprints and building codes to determine appropriate work procedures
• Perform preventive maintenance as required
• Support customer service team with vendor and/or customer escalations
• Collaborate with service team and supply houses for materials and pricing
• Educate and train the sales and service team to better their plumbing knowledge
