Role Description

The Plumbing Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Waco, TX. This position oversees plumbing teams in the field, coordinates daily work assignments, and ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with codes and company standards. The role includes reviewing plans and specifications, organizing materials and equipment, and collaborating with project managers and other mechanical trades to deliver integrated solutions. The Plumbing Supervisor monitors workmanship quality, conducts inspections, and provides hands-on guidance and training to plumbing technicians. This role also requires direct interaction with customers, addressing concerns, supporting service excellence, and helping maintain Capstone Mechanical’s reputation for high-quality work and customer satisfaction.

• Candidates should possess Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) awareness sufficient to coordinate plumbing work with other building systems.
