Job summary

Kelso Industries is seeking a Plumbing Superintendent to oversee all on-site activities for commercial plumbing projects in the Phoenix area. You will ensure quality workmanship, code compliance, and safety while leading crews and subcontractors from start to finish.

This role requires 5–7 years plumbing experience, at least 3 years in supervision, a valid license preferred, and the ability to read blueprints and coordinate with PMs, engineers, and other trades.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of plumbing experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Drug-free pre-employment screening.
• Valid journeyman or master plumber license preferred.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes and commercial project requirements.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
• Familiarity with construction management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
• Prepare daily reports, progress updates, and communicate milestones to PMs.
• Assist in budgeting, estimating change orders, and forecasting labor and materials.
