Job summary

Markade Plumbing, a Kelso Industries company serving Phoenix, seeks a Plumbing Superintendent to oversee all on-site activities for large commercial projects. You will ensure quality workmanship, code compliance, safety, and schedule adherence while leading field crews and subcontractors from start to finish.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years of plumbing experience with at least 3 years in supervision, a valid license, and strong leadership and planning skills.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of plumbing experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Drug free pre-employment screening.
• Valid journeyman or master plumber license (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and commercial project requirements.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
• Familiarity with construction management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and layout projects for underground, in-wall, overhead, and trim plumbing.

• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
• Prepare daily reports, progress updates, and communicate milestones to PM's.
• Assist in budgeting, estimating change orders, and forecasting labor and materials.
