Job summary

Power Design is seeking a Plumbing Superintendent to lead the field project team, directing production of contracted work and ensuring projects meet schedule, quality, and safety standards. You will build strong relationships with customers and other trades, resolving conflicts while maintaining high service levels.

Ideal candidates have a valid Mechanical (HVAC) or Plumbing license, OSHA 30, and a track record of managing multimillion-dollar construction projects.

The Mechanical Superintendent has significant impact on the success of the company and delivering on our mission to be the most trusted name in the industry.

Here’s What We’re Looking For…

• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Skilled field supervisor with at least 10 years of experience managing crews and running multimillion dollar construction projects.
• An active Mechanical (HVAC) or Plumbing license.
• Proficient knowledge of the National building Code), local codes and construction safety requirements.
• Must have at least basic computer and writing skills.
• Demonstrate and uphold all of Power Design’s core values, which include integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation and growth.
