Job summary

Power Design is seeking a Plumbing Superintendent to lead the project team, ensuring on-time completion with top quality, safety, and client satisfaction. This role directs field crews, coordinates with inspectors and trades, and aligns with our standards for reliability and customer service.

You will manage material and personnel to meet schedule, uphold code compliance, and foster relationships with customers and general contractors.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 10 years of field supervision experience on multimillion-dollar construction projects.
• Active Mechanical (HVAC) or Plumbing license is required or in force.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred and safety-focused leadership.
• Strong knowledge of the National Building Code and local codes.
• Fluent in English with solid written communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage materials and crews to meet schedules.

About The Position

The plumbing superintendent position at Power Design is a critical leadership role responsible for providing direction to the project team to complete the project on time while maintaining a high-level quality, safety and customer loyalty. The Mechanical Superintendent has significant impact on the success of the company and delivering on our mission to be the most trusted name in the industry.

Here’s What We’re Looking For

• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Skilled field supervisor with at least 10 years of experience managing crews and running multimillion dollar construction projects.
• An active Mechanical (HVAC) or Plumbing license.
• Proficient knowledge of the National building Code, local codes and construction safety requirements.
• Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
• Must have at least basic computer and writing skills.
