Nash Plumbing LLC is seeking an experienced and driven Plumbing Foreman to lead our field crews in the Phoenix, AZ area. This hands-on leadership role oversees projects from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship and on-time delivery.

If you’re a skilled plumber ready to advance, we want to hear from you. The role requires 5+ years of plumbing experience with 1–2 years in supervision, and a valid AZ license preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of plumbing experience with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven ability to read blueprints, schematics and project specifications.
• Valid driver’s license; AZ Journeyman or Master Plumber license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct plumbing crews on residential and/or commercial job sites.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications.
• Coordinate daily workflow, material deliveries, and subcontractor schedules.
• Ensure work complies with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
• Perform hands-on plumbing installation, repair, and troubleshooting as needed.
• Conduct quality control inspections and address issues before final walkthrough.
• Communicate project updates and progress to management.

Requirements:

• Valid Arizona Journeyman or Master Plumber license preferred

• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a field crew
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
• Valid driver's license required
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
