Job summary

Power Design Resources is seeking a Plumbing Superintendent to lead field operations in the TX Midland area. The role directs the project team to complete work on time while upholding safety, quality and customer loyalty.

Experience in managing crews on multimillion-dollar projects and holding active plumbing or mechanical licenses is required. The position emphasizes coordinating with inspectors, trades and general contractors to resolve conflicts and ensure installations meet building codes

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Skilled field supervisor with at least 10 years of experience managing crews and running multimillion dollar construction projects.
• An active Mechanical (HVAC) or Plumbing license.
• Proficient knowledge of the National building Code, local codes and construction safety requirements.
• Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
• Must have at least basic computer and writing skills.
