What You’ll Do

• Oversee plumbing operations across multiple commercial construction projects
• Manage manpower planning, scheduling, and project execution
• Review drawings, specs, submittals, and installation requirements
• Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, fuel gas codes, and safety standards
• Mentor foremen and field crews, supporting workforce development
• Coordinate with project managers and senior leadership on planning and operations

What You Need

• Active Texas Journeyman or Master Plumbing License (required)
• 7+ years commercial plumbing experience
• 3+ years leadership experience as foreman, assistant superintendent, or similar
• Strong knowledge of domestic water, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, fuel gas systems
• Ability to read blueprints, specs, and submittals
• Valid driver's license, insurable record
