Anchor Plumbing in the San Antonio area is seeking an experienced Plumbing Advisor to join our team as a high-earning, commission-based professional. You will be a plumbing expert and trusted advisor, guiding homeowners to the best solutions while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role emphasizes in-home consultations, solution presentations, and closing high-ticket plumbing projects. A valid driver's license and strong negotiation skills are required for success in this field sales

Qualifications

Extensive plumbing knowledge and experience.
Strong understanding of residential and commercial plumbing systems, repairs and major projects.
Excellent sales and closing skills; ability to negotiate and close.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-home plumbing consultations and assess customer needs.
Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend solutions.
Present repair and replacement options clearly and confidently.
Develop customized solutions based on customer needs, budget and long-term goals.
Build trust and relationships with homeowners.
Prepare and present accurate proposals and estimates.
Negotiate while protecting margins and maximizing revenue.
Follow up on estimates to maximize conversions.
Identify additional opportunities while maintaining customer-first approach.
Coordinate with service technicians and office team for a seamless experience.
Meet or exceed sales and revenue goals.
Represent Anchor Plumbing with professionalism and integrity.
