Job summary

Vortexengineersvk is seeking a Plumbing Project Engineer to supervise and execute plumbing, water supply, drainage, rainwater and sanitary works at site. You will study drawings, coordinate with MEP, civil and architectural teams, prepare quantity estimates and material needs.

You will monitor manpower productivity, ensure quality and safety, prepare daily progress reports for billing, coordinate with clients and project management, and ensure completion per schedule.

Qualifications

• Diploma or BE in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 2 years of plumbing project execution experience.
• Knowledge of water supply, drainage, STP, hydro-pneumatic systems, and plumbing standards.
• Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and BOQs.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites around Tamil Nadu.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute plumbing, water supply, drainage, rainwater, and sanitary works at site.
• Study and interpret plumbing drawings and coordinate with MEP, civil, and architectural teams.
• Prepare quantity estimates and material requirements.
• Monitor manpower productivity and subcontractor activities.
• Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed.
• Prepare daily progress reports and measurement sheets for billing.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project management teams.
• Ensure completion of works as per project schedule.
