Responsibilities

• Diagnose plumbing problems and identify best solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex plumbing issues and determine repair or replacement options.
• Repair and replace water, waste, and vent piping systems.
• Clear clogged drains and diagnose drainage problems.
• Repair and replace faucets, toilets, valves, disposals, fixtures, and other components.
• Diagnose and repair water heaters and hot-water systems.
• Locate and repair water leaks.
• Perform plumbing inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Clearly explain findings and provide customers with repair and replacement options.
