Job summary

DANIKA PLUMBING LLC is seeking a Licensed Residential Service Plumber to join our team in Washington. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems, while delivering exceptional customer service and handling pricing explanations for clients.

The role requires a valid WA PL02 license (or equivalent hours) and proficiency with ServiceTitan. You’ll work from the field with a focus on safety, codes, and high-quality service, supported by a strong benefits package and company

Qualifications

• Valid PL02 license (Washington State) preferred, or minimum 4000+ hours on file with L&I.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills in residential plumbing systems.
• Customer Service & Sales Experience: previous experience in face-to-face customer service and a strong focus on presenting and selling comprehensive solutions.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar platforms for efficient job tracking and invoicing.
• Pipe lining experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems, including water heaters, drains, fixtures, and piping.
• Install and maintain plumbing systems in accordance with industry standards and local building codes.
• Provide exceptional customer service by clearly explaining diagnoses, solutions, and costs to customers.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance services to avoid plumbing emergencies.
• Work with office staff on preparing and submitting required documentation for plumbing permits and ensure compliance with state and local codes.
• Stay up-to-date on regulations and certifications required for plumbing services and administrative licensing.

The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with administrative proficiency to support service operations and ensure compliance with state regulations.
