Job summary

Acree Plumbing Air and Electric is hiring for a Plumbing Mgmt/Admin role in Tampa, FL. Earn up to $40 per hour with a weekly bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. Experience in residential service and strong customer service and sales skills are valued.

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and driving record review.

• Mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn.
• Regularly lift/move 10–50 lbs and occasionally 100+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine plumbing system layouts.
• Plan, install, and service plumbing systems, fixtures, piping, and controls.
• Install supports, valves, fittings, and water treatment equipment.
• Test pipe systems and fixtures for leaks.
• Ensure installations meet codes and manufacturer requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do

• Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks, and waste and drainage systems.
• Plan, install, and service plumbing systems, fixtures, piping equipment, and controls. These piping systems may be used to transport water, waste, gases, or hot liquids.
• Install supports and hangers for pipe, fixtures, and equipment
• Assemble and install valves and fittings
• Install, repair, and maintain water treatment equipment, piping, and controls
• Install, repair, and maintain underground storm sanitary and water piping systems
• Install, repair, and maintain sinks, tubs, and toilets
• Install, repair, and maintain water heaters and conditioners
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures, appliances, and trim
• Test pipe systems and fixtures for leaks
• Apply all codes to installations, repairs, and maintenance
• Ensure all requirements as specified by the manufacturer of systems and fixtures are met
• Ensure all installations, repairs, and maintenance are properly sized, aligned, supported, and graded
• Ensure all installations, repairs, and maintenance meet the requirements of the appropriate codes
• Ensure all installations, repairs, and maintenance meet environmental protection requirements
• Other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For
