Canady’s Heating Air Plumbing (Precision Air of Georgia) in Richmond Hill, GA is seeking a skilled Plumbing Service Technician. You will install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems for residential and commercial customers, reading blueprints, diagnosing issues, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Applicants should have plumbing experience (apprentice to journeyman), a clean driving record, and the ability to lift heavy equipment.

Location: Richmond Hill, GA

Schedule: Monday-Friday+ rotating weekends

Pay: $70,000 to $120,000 + uncapped earning potential - Top Performers earn great income!

The Plumbing Service Technician is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing used for water distribution and wastewater disposal. Performs a variety of services ranging from faucet repairs to water heater installations and plumbing systems replacements for residential customers while maintaining the highest level of customer service.

What We Are Looking For:

• Previous plumbing experience (apprentice, journeyman, or equivalent) preferred
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
• SERVICE TITAN experience is helpful
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or certification a plus

What You’ll Do:

• Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance services in residential and/or commercial settings
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues with accuracy and efficiency
• Install and repair piping systems, fixtures, water heaters, and related components
• Operate and maintain company-provided tools, equipment, and service vehicle
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, local codes, and company procedures
• Document work performed and communicate effectively with team members and customers
• Other duties as assigned
