Responsabilidades

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems.
• Perform inspections and service work to ensure plumbing systems operate safely and efficiently.
• Complete assigned service calls in a timely manner while maintaining high-quality workmanship and minimizing callbacks.
• Communicate professionally with customers, explaining plumbing issues, recommended repairs, and maintenance needs.
• Identify and recommend plumbing repairs, upgrades, or additional services based on customer needs.
• Ensure all service work meets applicable plumbing codes, safety requirements, and company standards.
• Maintain accurate service records, including work performed, parts used, and recommendations.
• Manage tools, equipment, and service inventory to ensure readiness for daily service calls.
• Collaborate with service coordinators, managers, and fellow technicians to resolve complex issues and maintain efficient scheduling.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with plumbing techniques and industry best practices.
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional work areas at each customer location.
