Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems for residential and commercial projects, including new construction and remodels.
• Complete plumbing rough-ins, top-outs, underground and above-ground piping installations, and final fixture installations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and piping layouts to ensure accurate installations.
• Perform pressure tests, water flow tests, and final inspections to ensure systems meet quality and code requirements.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and identify potential installation conflicts before they impact project timelines.
• Ensure all plumbing work meets applicable building codes, safety requirements, and company standards.
• Coordinate with HVAC, electrical, and other construction trades to maintain project schedules.
• Manage tools, materials, and equipment to support efficient project completion.
• Provide guidance and hands-on training to plumbing apprentices as needed.
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and updates with supervisors, contractors, and customers.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.

What We’re Looking For
