McQuillan Home Services LLC in Maplewood, MN is offering a full-time Plumbing Service Technician position. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues, installing and maintaining pipes, fixtures, and components, and ensuring compliance with local codes and safety standards.

You will communicate with homeowners about system status, complete detailed service reports, collect payments, and manage truck inventory while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• MN Journeyman Plumbing License
• Pre-employment background check

• Valid drivers license
• Have and maintain a clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, such as leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures
• Install and maintain pipes, faucets, and other plumbing components
• Ensure all work adheres to local plumbing codes and safety standards
• Provide clear and courteous explanations of issues and solutions to clients
• Complete detailed service reports
• Safety and performance tests are conducted for each system
• Communicate with homeowners about the status of their system before and after the service
• A heavy emphasis on customer service
• Daily tasks include collecting payments, giving accurate and detailed information about each home, maintaining truck inventory levels

The primary duties of aPlumbingService Technicianwill include diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues, such as leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures, as well as installing and maintaining pipes, faucets, and other plumbing components. You will ensure all work adheres to local plumbing codes and safety standards, provide clear and courteous explanations of issues and solutions to clients, and complete detailed service reports. Safety and performance tests are conducted for each system. Communicate with homeowners about the status of their system before and after the service has been performed.
