Bumble Breeze is seeking a full-time Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems in residential settings. You will work from home with a company vehicle, perform safety tests, and provide professional reports to homeowners. A strong emphasis on customer service and clear communication is essential.

Responsibilities include collecting payments, maintaining truck inventory, and adhering to local codes. Pre-employment checks and licensing assistance are provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous plumbing service experience is required.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Willing to undergo background check and drug screen.

We continue to grow every year and are looking for full-time employees to join our team.Will be dispatched directly from your home & work vehicle included!The primary duties of a Service Technician will include diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues, such as leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures, as well as installing and maintaining pipes, faucets, and other plumbing components. You will ensure all work adheres to local plumbing codes and safety standards, provide clear and courteous explanations of issues and solutions to clients, and complete detailed service reports. Safety and performance tests are conducted for each system. Communicate with homeowners about the status of their system before and after the service has been performed. A heavy emphasis is placed on customer service. Daily tasks include the technical aspect of the job, collecting payments, giving accurate and detailed information about each home and situation, maintaining truck inventory levels, among others.
