Qualifications

• Previous plumbing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures.
• Install and maintain pipes, faucets, and other plumbing components while adhering to local codes and safety standards.
• Explain issues and solutions clearly to clients and complete detailed service reports.
• Perform safety and performance tests on systems and communicate status to homeowners before and after service.
• Handle daily tasks including technical work, collecting payments, and maintaining truck inventory.

The primary duties of a Service Technician will include diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues, such as leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures, as well as installing and maintaining pipes, faucets, and other plumbing components. You will ensure all work adheres to local plumbing codes and safety standards, provide clear and courteous explanations of issues and solutions to clients, and complete detailed service reports. Safety and performance tests are conducted for each system. Communicate with homeowners about the status of their system before and after the service has been performed. A heavy emphasis is placed on customer service. Daily tasks include the technical aspect of the job, collecting payments, giving accurate and detailed information about each home and situation, maintaining truck inventory levels, among others. If you have experience in the field but no current licensing in place, we can assist in the process.
