Job summary

You will work from a stocked company truck, handle repipes with PEX/CPVC, and coordinate with dispatch. This role requires 2+ years' experience, a clean Florida license, and a customer-first approach. Compensation includes top-tier pay with commission and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years residential service plumbing experience
• Valid Florida driver's license with clean MVR
• Comfort with soldering, PEX expansion/crimp, CPVC, and threaded fittings
• Strong customer-service mindset
• Lift 75 lbs, work in crawlspaces and tight spots
• High school diploma / GED
• Pass drug screen + background check

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair leaks, broken pipes, slab leaks, and water-line issues
• Install and replace water heaters (tank and tankless), garbage disposals, faucets, toilets, and fixtures
• Clear drain lines with cable, jetter, or camera as needed
• Quote repairs at the door and present financing options where applicable
• Complete jobs in our portal — photos, line items, customer signatures, payment
• Repipes — PEX, CPVC, copper
• Communicate with dispatch and the office in real time
• On-call rotation (typically 1 week every 6–8 weeks)
• Maintain a clean, stocked truck

RUN DISPATCHED SERVICE CALLS FOR RESIDENTIAL PLUMBING — LEAKS, DRAIN CLOGS, WATER HEATERS, REPIPES, FIXTURE INSTALLS. YOU'LL WORK OUT OF A STOCKED COMPANY TRUCK AND OWN THE CALL FROM DIAGNOSIS TO INVOICING.

What you'll do

• DIAGNOSE AND REPAIR LEAKS, BROKEN PIPES, SLAB LEAKS, AND WATER-LINE ISSUES
• INSTALL AND REPLACE WATER HEATERS (TANK AND TANKLESS), GARBAGE DISPOSALS, FAUCETS, TOILETS, AND FIXTURES
• CLEAR DRAIN LINES WITH CABLE, JETTER, OR CAMERA AS NEEDED
• QUOTE REPAIRS AT THE DOOR AND PRESENT FINANCING OPTIONS WHERE APPLICABLE
• COMPLETE JOBS IN OUR PORTAL — PHOTOS, LINE ITEMS, CUSTOMER SIGNATURES, PAYMENT
• REPIPES — PEX, CPVC, COPPER
• COMMUNICATE WITH DISPATCH AND THE OFFICE IN REAL TIME
• ON-CALL ROTATION (TYPICALLY 1 WEEK EVERY 6–8 WEEKS)
• MAINTAIN A CLEAN, STOCKED TRUCK
