The Plumbers Plumber is a highly respected plumbing and underground services company serving Southwest Florida. We are hiring a hands-on Service Plumber to help run scheduled jobs, support other technicians, and work side-by-side with ownership and the Office Manager.

We offer a full-time position with a great starting salary plus potential overtime. You will diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining records of work and materials

Qualifications

• MUST have a minimum of 3 years' experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing service.
• Verifiable experience as a plumbing technician.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform service, maintenance, and repairs on residential and commercial plumbing systems
• Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend effective solutions
• Assist on drain cleaning, cast iron re-lining, leak detection, and under-slab repairs
• Install, repair, and maintain water heaters, fixtures, and piping systems
• Remodels/Repipes
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

We specialize in advanced drain cleaning, cast-iron pipelining, jetting, and emergency underground repairs, and we pride ourselves on being the company other plumbers call when they need help.

We are now hiring a hands-on Service Plumber to help run our scheduled jobs, support other technicians, enhance customer service, and work side-by-side with ownership and our Office Manager.

Position Overview

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (occasional evenings/rotating weekends)
