Job summary

Precision Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric, based in Boulder, CO, is seeking a dedicated Service Technician to join the team in Louisville, CO. The role involves diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues, installing and maintaining plumbing components, and ensuring compliance with local codes and safety standards.

You will communicate clearly with homeowners and complete detailed service reports, while maintaining truck inventory and daily duties.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in exterior plumbing and sewer sales.
• In‑home sales experience preferred (plumbing, sewer, HVAC, restoration, roofing, etc.)
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Comfortable discussing high‑ticket repairs
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Pre‑employment background check
• Pre‑employment drug screen
• Valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 Base + Commission per year

Responsibilities

As a Service Technician you will diagnose and repair plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures, install and maintain pipes, faucets, and other plumbing components, and ensure all work adheres to local plumbing codes and safety standards. You will provide clear and courteous explanations of issues and solutions to clients, complete detailed service reports, conduct safety and performance tests for each system, and communicate with homeowners about the status of their system before and after service. Daily tasks also include collecting payments, giving accurate and detailed information, maintaining truck inventory levels, and other related duties.
