Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems, including water heaters, faucets, toilets, disposals, and piping.
• Respond to service calls promptly, delivering high-quality plumbing solutions for homeowners.
• Inspect systems and fixtures to detect issues and recommend repairs or replacements.
• Troubleshoot leaks, clogs, water pressure, and drainage problems using standard tools.
• Explain problems, solutions, pricing, and maintenance tips clearly to customers.
• Prepare work orders, estimates, and service documentation accurately and timely.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and service vehicle.
• Follow safety guidelines, codes, and company procedures for quality.
• Collaborate with dispatch and office staff to update job statuses.

Requirements

• 2+ years of residential plumbing service experience.
• Valid plumbing license or apprentice registration (per state requirements).
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, troubleshooting, and local codes.
• Ability to diagnose issues and present repair/replacement options to customers.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments (attics, crawlspaces, outdoors).
• Organized, safety-focused, and comfortable using job management software.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing technical and sales training.
