Job summary

Donnelly is seeking a Residential Plumbing Installer in Harmonville, PA to perform installations of water heaters, softeners, and related plumbing work while reading blueprints and codes to ensure quality results. You will communicate with homeowners, maintain organized sites, and document work using ServiceTitan.

The role emphasizes safety, ongoing training, and collaboration with project teams, offering competitive pay and comprehensive benefits to support professional growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of plumbing installation experience required.
• Experience with well systems, well pumps, and water softeners preferred.
• Strong communication and client-focused approach.
• Self-motivated, accountable and with high integrity.

Responsibilities

• Install residential plumbing systems, including water heaters (tank and tankless), water softeners, filtration systems, repipes, remodel rough-ins and trim-outs.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and building codes.
• Ensure all installations meet local plumbing codes and company quality standards.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding scope of work, timelines, and expectations.
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and company vehicles.
• Accurately document work performed using company software (ServiceTitan).
• Collaborate with team members and project managers to ensure timely and efficient job completion.
• Participate in ongoing technical and safety training.
